3.2 Payment & Disbursement
- Payment Timeline: Following a successful whisky auction, payouts are issued within 3-6 weeks via cheque or bank transfer.
- Additional Costs: Shipping costs and international bank transfer fees are borne by the seller and will be deducted from the final payout.
3.3 Unsold Lots & Storage Policy
- Unsold Fee: If an item with a reserve price remains unsold, a fee of HK$200 applies (includes $50 listing fee + $150 reserve fee).
- Complimentary Storage: LuxAuc provides 6 months of free storage. After this period, a monthly fee of 2% of the reserve price will be charged.
