Q: How to sell the items?

A: You can send us the pictures and information of the items, and we will make a preliminary assessment or even a valuation. You must arrange the courier to send us the items after agreement. we will put the auction item on the shelf as soon as possible and then we will send back a lot receipt to you. The auction items will be officially put on sale on the day of the auction.

Q: How to bid?

A: First, you have to register as a member. After the auction starts, you can choose your favorite auction item to bid. You can enter the highest reserved price or Make a single increment bid (Please see Clause 1.1 of the Terms and Conditions).

Q: What is the payment period after the successful auction?  

A: There will be a seven-day payment deadline after auction. If the payment procedure is not completed after the seventh-day deadline, user account will be banned immediately and the registered email address and telephone number will be permanently refused to apply for a member account.

Q: Is there any way to pick up?

A: We only accept delivery in this moment.

Q: Is there any charge for the unsuccessful auction by the seller?

A: We will charge a formal handling fee of HK$150 each, so the seller should judge whether it is necessary to set a minimum auction price (aka reserved price).

Q: When and how does an auction end?

A: The end date of the current auction will always be clearly displayed on the website.Our auctions will end at 8:00pm (HK Local Time).  Starting from 7:55pm, activity on any item will prolong the ENTIRE auction by a further 5 minutes. This means that the entire auction will end when there has been no bidding activity placed within the last 5 minutes after 8pm. The auction will usually take several hours to finish after 8pm has passed.
