1, Login to our member system.

2, Complete the seller information in “My Account – Seller Bank Details”.

3, Submit your items for auction in “My Account – Submission List” via text descriptions, photos, or files.

4, We will contact you as soon as possible. You can either ship or drop the auction items to LuxAuc office by person (please make an appointment in advance).

5, LuxAuc implements a 0% commission policy for sellers. We only charge a listing fee of HKD 50 for each lot. Sellers can request to set a reserved price (please see the note below).

6, After the auction launches, seller can monitor the progress in “My Account – Lots I Am Selling”.

7, After the end of the auction, we will settle the payment within 3-6 weeks through bank transfer or cheque in Hong Kong dollars. Any additional fees incurred from international bank transfers will be borne by the seller and deducted from the payment.

Note: an adminstrative fee of HKD 150 will be charged if the reserved is not met. No extra fees will be charged if the reserved price is met.
