1, Login to our member system.

2, During an auction, bidders can participate by going to the “Current Auction” page and placing their bids. Our auctions adopt the Vickrey auction method (second price sealed-bid auction).

3, After successful bidding, settle the payment in “My Account – Shopping Cart”.

4, A 10% buyer’s commission will be charged by LuxAuc. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. The buyer is responsible for any fees incurred from these payment methods.

5, LuxAuc offers a 6-month free storage period, where buyers can choose to group-ship items from several auctions held in the same region; or self pick-up from our collection point.

6, Finally, once we confirmed your payment, you will be able to select your shipping option in “My Account – Orders”. If you choose "Shipping To", we will add a delivery fee into your "Shopping Cart". Once we received the delivery fee, we will arrange the shipment. The items will be dispatched within 1 to 14 working days. Please refer to "Help -- Shipping" for delivery fee.
