LuxAuc Auction Item Shipping and Storage Services Guide
LuxAuc provides professional auction storage and shipping services for buyers worldwide. We know the value of every auction item (such as whisky, wine, and rare collectibles). Therefore, we have set strict shipping standards and storage rules to ensure your collection is fully protected from the end of the auction until you receive it.
1. Shipping Rules After Winning an Auction
To keep buyers' assets safe and ensure correct shipping checks, LuxAuc follows a strict "Complete Order Delivery" policy.
- End of Auction: After you pay for your auction item, the system status will show as "In Storage". Buyers need to go to "My Account > Orders > Shipping Options" to send shipping instructions.
- Complete Orders: All items won in the same auction period must be sent out or picked up together at one time. They cannot be split.
If you win 5 bottles of wine in the current auction, you must ship all 5 bottles together or collect them all together. You cannot ask to have 3 bottles shipped and collect the other 2.
- Dispatch Time: After we confirm your shipping instructions and payment, we will dispatch your items within 1 to 14 working days and provide a tracking number.
2. Free 6-Month Storage Service and Terms
Buyers can use the free storage period to combine orders from different auctions and save on international shipping costs.
- Free Storage Period: We provide a 6-month free storage service.
- Condition Guarantee: During storage, we cannot guarantee natural changes to the auction items (such as the natural evaporation of liquid levels in wine).
- Overdue Fees: After 6 months, a monthly storage fee of 2% of the final hammer price will apply.
- Overdue Items: If a buyer does not pay the storage fees, we keep the right to re-list the auction items for sale.
3. Hong Kong Collection and Shipping Arrangements
Buyers can choose "Collection" or "SF Express" delivery.
- Collection Point: Room 602, Hing Lung Commercial Building, 68-74 Bonham Strand East, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
- Collection Hours: Monday and Thursday (11:00-19:00); Saturday (11:00-17:00); closed on public holidays.

4. Taiwan Collection and Shipping Arrangements (Taiwan Logistics)

- Collection Hours: Tuesday and Saturday (11:00-18:00); closed on public holidays.

5. International Shipping Services
LuxAuc provides DHL International Express services for overseas buyers to ensure safe and efficient cross-border delivery.
- Taxes and Duties: Buyers are responsible for all taxes, import duties, and local laws related to the shipment.
- Hotel Deliveries: If you need your items sent to a hotel or guest house, please contact our customer service team in advance.

6. Special Items Information
- Small Miniature Bottles: For miniature bottles of 200ml or less, every total of 700ml counts as one shipping unit.
- Special Items: Shipping units for accessories (like wine glasses), books, or items with unusual sizes will be listed separately in the product description.
