Notice

Thank you to all members for your support over the past three years, which has allowed LuxAuc to develop into a well-established local auction platform. We are thrilled to announce that our office has now relocated to Sheung Wan, enabling us to provide even better services to our clients.

LuxAuc’s New Address:

Room 602, Hing Lung Commercial Building, 68-74 Bonham Strand (East), Sheung Wan

LuxAuc will update the following policies in the future.

"Establishing an external-facing service desk to enhance customer support."

1. New Addition: Office services established (Effective as of February)

Successful bidders can now collect their auction items at our Sheung Wan office during the office hours after making a confirmed payment.

Sellers may deliver the auction items at the office during the office hours.

Office hours:

Monday: 11AM to 7PM

Thursday: 11AM to 7PM

Saturday: 11AM to 5PM

Note: Please make a prior reservation via WhatsApp (+852 97401416) for confirmation.

2. Charge of listing fee (Effective as of the next Auction, i.e. the February Auction)

Effective immediately, LuxAuc will adopt a standardized auction policy and charge listing fees to sellers. In the past three years, LuxAuc's early development stage led to the waiving of listing fees due to the service not being perfect. However, as of 2024, LuxAuc has relocated its office to a more convenient location in Sheung Wan and increased its staff to better serve its members. Additionally, a new self-collection service has been introduced. These changes have resulted in increased costs, which is why LuxAuc needs to charge listing fees to maintain a balance. We hope you understand. Seller commission fee will remain as 0%.

Listing fee: Standardized HKD 50 per lot.

Finally, the LuxAuc website will be undergoing a major update in the near future between February and March. With innovative enhancements, a modernized design, and captivating new functionalities to anticipate. Please stay tuned!"
